Task: Our collaboration with Hotel New Garden began in December 2022 when MasReservas was entrusted with the task of enhancing the hotel’s online presence and increasing its visibility in relevant search queries.

Start of Collaboration: Our collaboration with Hotel New Garden began in December 2022 when MasReservas was entrusted with the task of improving the hotel’s online presence and visibility in relevant search queries.

Problem: The Hotel New Garden, a popular destination in the Dominican Republic, struggled to effectively promote its online presence. Despite offering excellent services and prime locations, the hotel couldn’t reach its target audience optimally.

Goal: Our main objective was to enhance the hotel’s visibility in search engines, particularly for key terms relevant to its services and location.

Solution: MasReservas devised a tailored SEO strategy for Hotel New Garden. Through targeted keyword optimization and the creation of high-quality content, we significantly improved the hotel’s ranking in search engines.

Task: Our collaboration with Hotel Kibayo began in August 2022 when MasReservas was entrusted with the task of Improvement of Google Ranking and Increase Direct Bookings for Kibayo Hotel.

Start of Collaboration: On August 2022, the collaboration between MasReservas and Kibayo Hotel, represented by Estée and Taif, commenced. MasReservas, SEO experts, where hired to improve the hotel’s online ranking and generate more direct bookings.

Problem:Kibayo Hotel faced challenges in gaining visibility in Google search results. Its absence from the first page resulted in reduced visibility and lower interest from potential customers. Moreover, direct bookings were minimal, leading the hotel to heavily rely on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and pay high commissions to these platforms.

Goal: The primary goal of the collaboration was to increase Kibayo Hotel’s visibility in Google search results and boost direct bookings. By enhancing the Google ranking and increasing direct bookings, the hotel aimed to strengthen its market position and reduce dependence on OTAs.

Solution: MasReservas initiated monitoring and optimization of the hotel’s Google ranking. They also conducted regular ranking updates to track the progress and effectiveness of their strategies. Additionally, they focused on optimizing the booking process on the hotel’s website to enhance user-friendliness and encourage more direct bookings.

To access booking data and implement relevant changes, MasReservas relied on the collaboration with Estée and Taif. Together, they could optimize the booking process on the website and make necessary adjustments in the booking system.

Drawing from MasReservas past experiences, they built trust with potential hotel customers and improved conversion rates.

Initial Results: By early December 2022, the efforts began to yield positive results. Kibayo Hotel approached the first page of Google search results, increasing visibility and attracting more potential customers. The website’s booking process overhaul also contributed to an uptick in direct bookings.

MasReservas successfully retrieved access credentials for the booking system and made the necessary changes to room titles. This enabled MasReservas to monitor monthly direct sales, which proved vital for further optimization and strategy development.

The collaboration between MasReservas, Estée, and Taif, combined with MasReservas expertise and strategic approach, led to a significant improvement in Kibayo Hotel’s online ranking and direct bookings.

Start of Collaboration: In April 2023, MasReservas teamed up with the Owner of Diversity Hotel, to address the Hotels significant marketing challenges. With virtually no prior marketing activities, the hotel lacked visibility, and potential guests were unaware of its existence. The primary task was to create a comprehensive website with SEO optimization and integrate the MasReservas Reservation System, connecting the hotel to major Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).

Solution: MasReservas swiftly set to work, designing a user-friendly website for Diversity Hotel, complete with SEO-optimized content to enhance its online visibility. Additionally, MasReservas seamlessly integrated the MasReservas Reservation System, allowing direct bookings through the website and connecting the hotel to prominent OTAs.

Initial Results: In a remarkably short time, the effects of the collaboration were evident. The Hotel began receiving numerous inquiries from people interested in booking rooms at Diverisity Hotel The newfound visibility and streamlined reservation process proved to be instrumental in attracting potential guests.

As the project is still in its early stages, visual assets such as graphics are not yet available. However, the initial outcomes already demonstrate the positive impact of MasReservas’ efforts and point towards a promising future for Diversity Hotel.

5. Lunovi Real Estate, Punta Cana

Task: Our collaboration with Lunovi Real Estate began in June 2023 when MasReservas was entrusted with the task of  improving their website, particularly the SEO strategy.

Start of Collaboration: MasReservas began its collaboration with Sabine Vicioso David of Lunovi Real Estate on June 30, 2023.

Problem: Sabine needed assistance from MasReservas in improving her website, particularly the SEO strategy. She was facing challenges in translating the website into multiple languages and desired to integrate a connection to the Uber app. Additionally, she aimed for a more effective online presence to reach potential clients and showcase her real estate offerings better.

Goal: The primary goal of the collaboration was to optimize Lunovi Real Estate’s online presence. This included an enhanced SEO strategy, website translation into multiple languages, and the implementation of a link to the Uber app. Sabine also sought to remove unwanted data about her other businesses from Google.

Solution: MasReservas quickly set up an SEO-compliant translation structure and activated their developer translation license for the website, allowing cost savings on translations. They also utilized a Google Translate API Key, enabling Sabine to translate her website for free up to a certain limit.

MasReservas also took on the challenge of setting up a link to the Uber app on the website, providing Lunovi Real Estate’s customers with a seamless user experience.

To further enhance Lunovi Real Estate’s online image, MasReservas devised a comprehensive plan for an effective SEO strategy. This included implementing meta titles and meta descriptions on the website to improve visibility on Google.

Task: Commencing in September 2023, our partnership with Terra Linda will mark the initiation of a collaboration where MasReservas has been entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of incorporating the hotel into our -Hotel Affiliate program. This entails not only this integration but also an assessment of the feasibility of integrating MasReservas’ state-of-the-art reservation system.

Start of Collaboration: MasReservas began its collaboration with Don Vincente, Owner of Hotel Terra Linda and Willy head of Administration of the Hotel in August, 2023.

Problem:The challenge faced by Terra Linda lies in its occupancy rates during the low season, which hover around 25%. This scenario is compounded by the heavy reliance on costly Online Travel Agencies (OTA’s), which becomes particularly burdensome for the hotel during this period.

Goal: The primary objective is to enhance Terra Linda’s booking rate during the low season, aiming to achieve a target of 50% or more.

Solution:Our affiliate program, -Hotel, is designed to play a pivotal role in achieving this goal. Additionally, we are evaluating the potential integration of Terra Linda’s existing booking system with MasReservas, which is a more versatile and advanced solution. Our aim is to recommend the adoption of MasReservas’ system, which promises improved functionality and efficiency.
